Arturo Garcia

November 28, 1934 — May 6, 2018

Garcia, Arturo G.

Age 83, born November 28, 1934, and passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018.

Arturo was a very loving and hard-working man who learned at a very early age to be self-sufficient. He loved hunting, being outdoors, telling the stories of his life and sharing bits and pieces of his struggles and achievements. He loved his companion Kinney and all of his children and grandchildren. Even when his health was failing, he never stopped thinking of others and their health. He would always ask how your family was doing and wish them well. He was so un-selfish and always willing to help others out when they needed something. We are all going to miss him so much, but his spirit will live within us forever. So, until we meet again on those streets of gold my dear friend, thank you for everything you taught us and all the times we shared stories with you and all the times we laughed and joked with you. Enjoy your mansion in your Father's house, being reunited with all your loved ones that have gone before you. God Bless You Arturo Garcia.

Arturo is survived by his companion, Esperanza Olguin; brothers, Wilfred Garcia and wife, and Albert and Antonio Garcia; sister, Helen Baca; daughters, Betty Jaramillo and husband, Randy, Pauline Epperson and husband, Leroy, Rose Garcia, and Josephine Garcia; son, Anthony Garcia; stepchildren, Annabel and Dino Apodoca, Phillip Olguin and wife, Tracy Olguin and Louie Griego, and Annette Olguin; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
