Martinez, Betty Ruth
Age 83, passed away Monday, February 14, 2022. Betty was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, NM. She raised her family in Albuquerque. She worked for Lovelace hospital for 10 plus years. Betty enjoyed her family and spent her time praying the rosary and watching religious programs. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and auntie. We will miss you.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Frances Mares; daughter, Rosanette Lopez, Rita Martinez; grandchild, Henry Jaramillo; siblings, Billy Martinez, Bobby Martinez, Freddy Martinez.
Betty is survived by husband, Roy Smith; children, Joseph Griego and wife, Regina, Cecelia Jaramillo-Griego, Robert Ramirez and wife, Melissa, Rhonda Jauregui and husband, Johnny, Michelle Sanchez and Ramon Sais; 11 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; siblings, Ricky Martinez, Evelyn Shelton.

A Rosary will be recited on Friday, March 11, 2022 at 9:00 AM with a mass to be celebrated at 9:30 AM at Immaculate Conception, 619 Copper Ave. NW. Interment to follow at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd SE.
