Castellano, Candelario
Age 89, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2016. Candelario enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic church since 1957.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Erlinda; parents, Luis and Lucianita Castellano; sons, Fernando and Richard Castellano; brother, Nick Castellano; sisters Dora Romero and Helen Gallegos.
Candelario is survived by his children, Leroy Castellano and wife, Patricia, Andrew Castellano and wife, Victoria, Danny Castellano and wife, Diane, Annabelle Trujillo and husband, Silviano; 18 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and his sister, Yolanda Herrera.
Visitation will be held Monday, May 9, 2016, 8:00 - 8:45 am at Garcia Mortuary~Chapel of Angels on the corner of 8th and Iron. A Rosary will be recited at 9:00 am on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 309 Stover Ave SW with a Mass to be celebrated at 9:30 am. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Castellano, Randy Castellano, Silviano Trujillo Jr., Danny Castellano, David Castellano, Joshua Castellano, Andy Castellano and Richard Castellano Jr. The family would like to give a special thanks to Legacy Hospice and Jodie Trujillo his granddaughter.
