Clara Duran of Albuquerque, NM passed away October 28, 2016 surrounded by close family and friends. Clara was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and was happiest when surrounded by her family.
Clara was preceded in death on October 7, 2016 by her sister-in-law Marylou Duran.
Clara is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Herman Duran; son Eloy R. Duran, and daughter-in-law Bessie Duran; grandson, Eloy H. Duran and his spouse Tommee Leah Duran; sister Dora Candelaria and brothers Leo and Louie Padilla; sister-in-law Betty Chavez and brother-in-law Gilbert Duran.
A Rosary will be recited at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 9:30 AM, led by Louie Padilla, followed by Mass at 10:00 AM. Pallbearers will be Eloy H. Duran and Tommee Leah Duran. Honorary pallbearers will be Eloy R. Duran, Bessie Duran, Betty Chavez, Gilbert Duran, Lena Ortega, and Rosie Maron. Clara will be laid to rest at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 9:30 AM.
