Martinez, Curtis Victor

Age 48, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2020. He was born in Albuquerque, NM on September 3, 1971. He was a gifted musician, he loved to play classical guitar as well as bass and keyboard. He loved to ride his bike as well as building furniture. He was a gifted carpenter and enjoyed traveling in his younger years. He was always very active . including martial arts and kick boxing. He also enjoyed cooking. He helped his family in anyway he could.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Isabel Gomez and nephew, Eric Martinez.

Curtis is survived by father, Frank Duran; sisters, Suzanne Martinez, Cindy Martinez and Angela Martinez; nephews, Joshua Martinez, Roy Sease; nieces, Sylvia Martinez, Ryanne Baca, Jazmine Baca; great nephews, Vincent Pacheco Martinez, Nicolas Pacheco Martinez, Nathaniel Francia Martinez, Emiliano Martinez, Eric H. Martinez.

Visitation will be held Friday July 17, 2020 in the Chapel of Angels located at 624 8th St SW starting at 3:00 PM. A Rosary Service will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday July 17, 2020 in the Chapel of Angels located at 624 8th St SW. A prayer service will follow at 4:30 PM.
