Age 79, passed away Monday, May 20, 2019. Damacio enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting and going to the casino.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bennie C Padilla, Juanita Lovato; wife, Betty Padilla and daughter, Barbara Padilla.
Damacio is survived by his children, Damacio S. Padilla, Dorothy Jaramillo, Donna Lopez, Bennie Padilla, Terry Lopez, Diana Lopez; 16 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren and his dog, Buttercup.
A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 6:00 pm at Garcia Mortuary ~ Chapel of Angels on the corner of 8th and Iron. A Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 8:00 am at St. Francis Xavier, 820 Broadway Blvd. SE. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Chris Jaramillo, Lawrence Lopez Jr., John Hendrick Jr., Mark Jaramillo, Gettylee Hendrick, Joseph Salgado.
