June 2, 1936 ~ January 16, 2015. A loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, as well as great great grandfather, passed away after a long battle with cancer at the age 78. David served in the National Guard; retired from the University of New Mexico to follow his passion as a master carpenter. David is survived by his loving and beautiful wife of 53 years, Angie Flores; two sons, David Flores and wife, Darlene, Felix Flores; three daughters, Priscilla Saavedra and husband, Gene, Marcella Anderson and husband, Dane, Anna Drummond and husband, Robert; one sister Petra Flores. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, January 22, 2014 at 7:00 pm. at Saint Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd. SW, with a mass to be celebrated Friday, January 23, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., at St. Anne Catholic Church. Interment to follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. He will be greatly missed.
