Age 94, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2015 surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Las Vegas, NM on October 20, 1920, to Modesta and Jose and Montano. She was known for her sense of humor and her love of family.
Della is survived by children, David Ruiz and wife, Elizabeth, Michael Ruiz and wife, Mary, Christopher Ruiz, Julie Trujillo and husband, Julian; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She is beloved by all.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Garcia Mortuary ~ Chapel of Angels, 717 Stover Ave. SW, with a Funeral Service to follow at 7:15p.m. Interment to be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 12:45 pm.
