Delores Gregorius

Delores Irene Hanson was born June 18, 1938 in Red Oak Iowa. Dee, as she was more affectionately called went home to be with her Lord and Savior October 17, 2018 at the age of 80 years.

Delores grew up on the farm in Red Oak, Iowa. She was the youngest of 10 children. She is survived by sisters, Jean Runte and Ida Henderson.

Dee met the love of her life, Walter Gregorius in 1958. Walt and Dee were married November 21, 1959. They had two daughters, Jeanne and Lynn. The family resided in Lincoln NE and later moved to Norfolk NE. Upon retirement Walt and Dee relocated to Rio Rancho NM where they lived the rest of their lives together.

Dee and Walt loved attending church and being part of a small group. Dee also cherished time with her family and friends. She and Walt cooked many family dinners over their 58 years of marriage, and thoroughly enjoyed time with family and friends.

Dee will be lovingly remembered by her husband and best friend of 58 years, Walt and her children, Jeanne Schnoor, husband Jon, Lynn Moore, husband Ray. Charles Gregorius, brother in law, his wife Carolyn.

Dee will also be fondly remembered by her 5 grandchildren, Cole Schnoor, wife Leslie, Cody Schnoor (deceased), Zach Moore, Alex Moore, Katelyn Moore. Dee was blessed with one great granddaughter, Jayden Schnoor.

A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 10:00 am at Calvary Chapel Rio Rancho NM, 138 Frontage Rd NE, Rio Rancho NM 87124. Reception/Lunch to follow at the home of Jon & Jeanne following the service, 1054 Joshua Drive SE, Rio Rancho NM 87124.
