Edward “Ed” Klewicki, age 62, was born on February 24, 1962, to parents Bok Soon Klewicki and Edward Leonard Klewicki in Taegu City, Korea. He has now passed on April 11, 2024.
His parents emigrated to the United States in 1972 and settled in Albuquerque, NM. He is a graduate of Manzano High School in 1980, Ed went on to become a store manager for Golden Pride Chicken for close to 40 years as well as being an entrepreneur in many fields. A proud husband, father, uncle, and friend, Ed impacted the lives of many with his kindness, mentorship, and wisdom. Ed’s sense of adventure led him to travel around the world. He always wanted to grow and learn in new ways. Some of Ed’s passions were playing pool, reading, and he was a true food and coffee connoisseur. Ed did all that he did for the love of his wife, sons, family, and friends. He will be deeply missed.
Ed is preceded in death by both of his parents.
He is survived by his wife Debra Klewicki; sons Alexander and Brandon Klewicki; sister Dorothy Klewicki, and niece Kelly Otero.
Services will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Sara Chapel; 4310 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124, at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7999 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
