Age 85, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2016. Emma enjoyed baking, gardening, just being outdoors and being around families.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Ortiz; parents, Clemente and Louisa Ortiz; children, Larry and Dorothy Ann Ortiz.
Emma is survived by children, David and wife, Patsy, Eddie and wife, Margaret, Anna Archuleta and husband, Pat, Jerry and wife Rose; nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; brothers, Luther, Chano, Frank and Ray Ortiz.
A Rosary will be recited on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with a Mass to follow at 9:00 a.m., 1860 Griegos Rd NW. The family would like to give special thanks to St. John Healthcare and Ambercare Hospice.
