LaFlair, Ermalinda Christine

Passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at age 47. She was born in Albuquerque, NM on April 24, 1974. Erma married the love of her life Paul in 1992, and they were about to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary in July. Erma and Paul had two daughters, Jacquelyn and Jaimee, that they also raised in Albuquerque. Erma will forever be remembered as a beloved wife, mother, sister, daughter and friend. She was strong, hard working, smart, independent, loving, comforting, and treated everyone like they were family. She always put others before herself and kept her family all on track with lots of love and care. Erma would have graduated this month with a business degree. She was very proud of this accomplishment. Paul and the girls love her and know they will meet again one day.

Ermalinda is survived by husband, Paul LaFlair; children, Jacquelyn LaFlair, Jaimee LaFlair; mother, Helen Bargas; siblings, Mary Baca, Sara Saavedra, Margaret Saavedra and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, John Edward Bargas; brother, Robert Saavedra and aunt, Lorraine Balderama.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 from 11:00am-12:00pm with a Rosary to be recited at 12:00 pm and a Prayer service at 12:30 pm, at Strong Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave. SE

Pallbearers will be Steve Carmen, Billy LaFlair, Carlo Sedillo, Dominic Baca, Rey Apodaca and Eddie Black. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Dorsey, Louis Gonzales, Rory Tanuz and Scott Myrick.   To view information or leave a condolence please visit www.danielsfuneral.com
