age 92, passed away after a short illness surrounded by his daughters and grandchildren. He was born in H. Cardenas, Tabasco on November 1, 1924.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Griego Brito.
Herman is survived by his children, Adela Brito, Patsy Brito Schlaegel and husband Waid; grandchildren, Vivian, Jonathan, Waid, Peter Schlaegel and Jose Antonio Brito.
Visitation will be held Sunday, January 29, 2017, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm at Garcia Mortuary chapel, 717 Stover Ave. SW, followed by a Rosary at 6:30 pm.
A Mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 30, 2017, 11:00 am, at San Jose Parish, 2401 Broadway Blvd SE, followed by interment at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Griego, Frank Magourilos, Ernest Sandoval, Ernest Sandoval Jr., Jonathan Schlaegel, Br. Maximillian Stelmachowski. Honorary pallbearers will be Frank Griego and Serafin Griego.
