Gentry, Irene Louise
Age 73, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021. She was born and raised in Albuquerque then moved to California and raised her family. She then came back to Albuquerque where she met her love and husband, David of 39 years. Irene was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Frances Padilla.
Irene is survived by her husband, David Gentry; children, Ernie Nieto and wife, Naomi, Jeffery Nieto, Michael James Nieto and wife, Jenifer; grandchildren, James Nieto, Jesse James Nieto and Stephen Nieto.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 8, 2021 from 6:30-7:00pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 9:00 am both at Strong Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave. SE. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ernesto Nieto, Jeff Nieto, Michael Nieto, James Nieto, Jesse Nieto and Stephen Nieto.
