Age 85, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2020. He was born in Los Chaves, NM on May 15, 1935. He loved the Dallas Cowboys. He loved antiques and jewelry. He enjoyed watching boxing matches and UFC. He loved his family more than anything. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Garcia; parents, Juan Garcia and Crestina Garcia; daughter, Cecila Yvonne Garica; son, Johnny Ray Garcia; grandson, James Silva; sister, Sadie Chaves.
Johnny is survived by his children, Donald Garcia and wife, Jeanette,  Cecile Silva and husband, Jimmy, Kathleen Marsh; daughter in law, Lori Ann Garcia; nine grandchildren, Renee and Jaime Guerrero, James Silva, Carlos Silva, Donald Garcia Jr., Stephanie Garcia, Lynette Gomez, Laurie Maldonado, Patrick Marsh Jr., Jordan and Paul Rousseau, John Luke Garcia; 10 great grandchildren.
A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 8:30 am with a Mass to be celebrated at 9:00 am at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd. SW. Inurnment to follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery.
