Age 87, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary "Mena" Vigil; parents Precilliano and Anastacia Vigil; daughter Beatrice Mascarenas; three brothers Eloy, Ike and Valentine Vigil; brother in law Henry and son in law Roy.
Juan is survived by three sons Joe "Jerry" Vigil and wife, Michelle, Paul Vigil and wife, Margie, Johnny Vigil and wife, Wanda; two daughters Teresa and husabnd, David, Elizabeth "Lizzie"; 12 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brothers Percy and wife, Priscilla, Eddie and wife, Connie, Able and wife, PAuline, Joe and wife, Yvonne; sisters, Carmen and husband, Henry, Elizabeth and husband, Pete; son in law Robert Mascarenas; sisters in law, Kathy and Dolores and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm at Garcia Mortuary Chapel of Angels on the corner of 8th and Iron with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm.
A Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, April 28, 2016, 9:00 am, at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Josephs Drive NW. Interment to follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:45 pm.
