Omer Reed

On Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, our beloved brother, Omer Reed, was tragically taken from us, too soon. Omer was funny and was always joking, making everyone around him laugh. He was a caring, loving human being. He always wanted to help others who were homeless or in need. He loved his music more than anything. Omer had a dream to own his own studio and record label. He recorded several songs before his passing and throughout his adult life. He will be greatly missed. Omer is survived by his father Mickel John Reed, mother Marilyn Butterfield and mate Francisco (Cisco) Encinas, sister Leona Crespin and brother-in-law Edward, sister April Reed and brother-in-law Adrian, sister Mary Reed and fiancé Lyle Sierra, and his nana Cora Trujillo. He is also survived by his aunties and uncles, several nieces and nephews, lots of cousins and many friends. Omer also had a best friend that he called brother, Andrew Denas (Kasper). A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 5th, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. with pastor Ray Montoya at Calvary Chapel Southwest (CCSW).
