He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Dorothy Montoya; sons, Mikey Montoya, Jamie Montoya.
Richard is survived by his wife, Carla Chavez; daughters, Jennifer Montoya, Janessa Montoya; nine grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 10:00 am at Calvary Chapel, 4001 Osuna Rd. NE.
