Age 24, passed away Monday, September 21, 2015. Robert was always happy, full of life, he loved the outdoors, tattoos and animals, he was an aspiring veterinarian. He was a sharp dresser and always wanted to borrow his mom's Harley.
Robert is survived by mother, Lupita Leyba-Baca and husband, David Baca; siblings, Leticia Saavedra, John Adrian Silva, Adam Saavedra; six step brothers and sisters; grandmothers, Rose Leyba and (Nana) Helen Bargas; partner fiancé, Jose Medrano; nieces Reyna and Ruby Quezada Saavedra; godparents, Sara Saavedra and Richard Garcia and many aunties, uncles, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father who is gone but not forgotten, Robert Martin Saavedra Sr.
A Rosary to be recited at 8:00 pm on Friday, October 2, 2015 at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande, 5901 St. Joseph's Dr. NW. A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. also at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande. Interment to follow at San Jose de Armijo. Pallbearers will be, Jose Medrano, Jake Leyba, Carlos Leyba, John Adrian Silva, David Samora Jr., Joe E. Baca and Erick Andrade. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Carlos Maldonado Jr., Marcos Leyba, J.J.
