Age 79, passed away March 16, 2017. He was born in Albuquerque, NM on August 9, 1937, to Johnnie and Ramona Gallegos.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Gallegos, parents; Johnnie and Ramona; brother, Leroy Gallegos; sisters, Mary Lou Lucero and Nancy Sanchez.
Ross is survived by his son, Thomas(Rosanne); daughters, Susan (Harold)Anderson, Lucy(Rick) Johnson, Elaine (JV)Martinez and Diana(Dennis) Chavez. siblings, Evelyn Vega, Raymond Gallegos and Veronica Sierra, grandchildren Sabrina, Shavanah, Erich, Stephen, Brandon, Cody, Rebecca, Tiffany, Amanda, Melissa, Maegan, Christina and Stephanie; 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Garcia Mortuary-Chapel of Angels the corner of 8th and Iron, Thursday, March 23, 6:00pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm.
Funeral service will be on Friday, March 24, at 10:00am at Garcia Mortuary-Chapel of Angels. Interment will following service at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Dennis Chavez, JV Martinez, Russell Martinez, Robert Wildau, Pete Vega, and Andres Molina. Honorary pallbearer; Harold Anderson.
