Ruby Matilda Gonzales

Ruby Matilda Gonzales passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the age of 91. She was born in Vallecitos, New Mexico to Albert and Marina Chavez. She is preceded in death by son, Louie Gonzales and daughter, Annabelle Campbell. Ruby is survived by daughter, Gloria Lopez and son-in-law Leroy Lopez, daughter, Josie Gonzales, daughter, Virginia Baca and son-in-law Michael Baca, daughter, Sandra Zamora, sister, Ida Griego, and brother, Albert Chavez. Leaving her legacy of five generations, she is also survived by her goddaughter, Celina Lopez and many more grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2019, 6:30-7:00 pm at Garcia Mortuary ~ Chapel of Angels , Located on 8th Street and Iron, with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 pm. A finial viewing will take place on Thursday, February 21, 2019, 8:30 am, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW, with a Mass to follow at 9:00 am.
