Age 35, passed away Monday, February 4, 2019. Shannon was a beautiful soul and was loved by everyone whose life she touched. We will miss you dearly. May she rest in peace. Shannon is survived by her parents, Theodore and LouAnne Ruiz; children, Trevaughn Williams, Angelo Williams and Amelia Neal; sisters, Camille Ruiz and husband, James Thahan, Robyn Ruiz; other relatives, Kammie Trahan, J.J. Trahan, Andrealiana Pancho, Azaylah Ruiz.
