Saavedra, Tommy James
Age 43, passed away Friday, April 22, 2022. Tommy was born and raised in Albuquerque. He loved cars and his family. He was a faithful 49er's fan. Tommy was a very outgoing person with an infectious smile. He spent his free time working on classic cars. He was a loving son, brother, father and uncle. Until we meet again.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Saavedra Sr.; grandfather, Salomon Sedillo; cousin, Ramon Sedillo.
Tommy is survived by his fiancée, Noraen Felix; children, Angel Saavedra, Josephray Saavedra; stepdaughter, Nya Felix; mother, Angie Debbie Fought and husband, John; siblings, Yvette Belisle and husband, Robert, David Saavedra and wife, Grace, Rosanna Saavedra, Victoria Saavedra and significant other, Gerard Martinez, Mario Fought; grandparent, Trinnie Sedillo and several nephews and nieces.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm at Strong Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave. SE. A Rosary will be recited on Friday, May 27, 2022 at 9:30 am with a mass to be celebrated at 10:00 am at Queen of Heaven Church, 5300 Claremont Ave. NE. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Saavedra, Jose Herrera, Josephray Saavedra, Stephen Rodriguez, Dennis Herrera and Billy Olivares.
