Yazmin Irania Burciaga Tena

  Yazmin Burciaga was born on April 25, 1983 to Manuel and Maria Burciaga in Namiquipa, Mexico. She and her family then moved to Albuquerque, NM where she would be raised with her siblings. Yazmin was a humble and down to Earth person that loved life. She was always known for being the most selfless and forgiving person. Yazmin was a loving and devoted mother to her two sons Juan and Edgar. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, God mother and friend. She is widely remembered for her beautiful smile that always wore her bright signature lipstick. Anyone that new her knew she played loud music and loved going for a cruise. Her most favorite things to do were to watch movies with her sons. Her sons fondest memories of their mother was her reading to them as small boys. She always wanted her picture taken with her sons by her side. She enjoyed having her hair brushed. Yazmin also enjoyed going to the casino as well spending time outdoors camping with family and friends. Until we meet again, her love, smile and laugh will be dearly missed.

  Yazmin is survived by her parents Manuel Salvador and Maria Burciaga, sons: Juan Miguel Burciage and Edgar Eduardo Burciaga, Siblings: Manuel Burciaga (Wife) Wendy Burciaga, Lucy Aragon (Husband) Gregorio, Veronica Terrazas (Husband) Carlos, Yadira Burciaga (Husband) Roberto Pardo, and Bianca Quintana, God Daughter Janell Tena as well as many many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. She was preceded in death by her Grandfather Tomas Burciaga and Uncle Rumaldo Tena.

  Services are entrusted to Garcia Mortuary and will be held on Tuesday November 21, 2023 in the afternoon at Gabaldon Mortuary. A viewing will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 1000 Old Coors Rd SW Albuquerque, NM 87121. A rosary will be recited on Wednesday November 22, 2023 at San Jose Parish a 12:00 PM located at 2401 Broadway Blvd SE 87102. A mass will be celebrated 12:30 PM at San Jose Parish. Interment will take place at San Jose De Armijo Cemetery immediately after.

  Pallbearers will be: Juan Burciaga, Edgar Burciaga, Manuel Burciaga, Carlos Terrazas, Robert Pardo, Adrian Aragon, Manuel Burciaga Jr and Manuel Burciaga III.
