Age 68, passed away Monday, June 21, 2021. She was born in Albuquerque, NM on December 4, 1952. Yvonne enjoyed going to the casino and enjoyed the races as well as bingo. She was a very positive and loving person. She enjoyed giving her positive energy. She loved her family and being around them.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Carmen Zambrano; siblings, Dave Zambrano and Frank Zambrano.
Yvonne is survived by her husband, Alex Chavez; son, Isaac Pena; granddaughters, Brianna Pena, Deiondra Pena; siblings,  Ben Zambrano, John Zambrano and wife, Carolyn, Virginia Zambrano, Jerry Zambrano, Mary Alvarez and husband, Tony, Pat Zambrano and wife, Laurie, Michael Zambrano, Tony Zambrano and wife, Michelle, Joe Zambrano and wife, Ruth, Danny Zambrano and wife, Nancy, Rick Zambrano and wife, Anna, Sam Zambrano and wife, Shell; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and best friend, Viola Ware.

Graveside service will be on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 9:30 am at Fairview Memorial Park with a Reception to follow at Strong Thorne, 1100 Coal Ave. SE.
