Lucero, Mary Maxine
Age 66, passed away Sunday, June 20, 2021. She was born in Tucumcari, NM on September 3, 1954. Mary loved to travel with her husband and also enjoyed riding the motorcycle together. She enjoyed going to Las Vegas, sports and playing softball. The greatest treasure she ever had was her family. She loved caring for them and cooking for them.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Max and Louisa Maestas; siblings, Sue Maestas, Beto Maestas and Rose Garcia.
Mary is survived by her husband, Ronnie Lucero; children, Rhonda Moya and husband, Ricky, Cynthia Rozzi and husband, Jonathan, Ronnie Lucero Jr. and wife, Jeanette; grandchildren, James Moya and significant other, Amanda Chacon, Adriana Rozzi and significant other, Damian Salais, Joshua Moya and wife, Shanie, Krisha Rozzi and significant other, Jesus Salinas, Bubba Lucero and significant other, Jackie Gachuzo, Adan Cuevas, Anthony Rozzi, Johnny Rozzi, Maximus Moya, Renee Lucero and significant other, Sara Murray, Selena Cuevas, Mariah Moya, Anthony Cuevas; great grandchildren, Nixi Nastacio, J'Vien Moya, Aza'Lia Moya; siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A viewing will take place on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm at Strong Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. SE. A Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 2, 2021 at 11:00 am at Out Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna Rd. SW. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be James Moya, Josh Moya, Max Moya, Bubba Lucero, Renee Lucero and Ricky Moya. Honorary Pallbearers will be Mariah Moya, Adan Cuevas, Selena Cuevas, Nixi Nastacio, J'Vien Moya, Punky Lucero, Levi Lucero, Anthony Cuevas, Gino Madrid, Adriana Rozzi, Crystal Moreno, Mary Gabaldon, Aza'Lia Moya, Anthony Rozzi, Krisha Rozzi, Johnny Rozzi , Art Romero, Gabriel Lucero, Elijah Lucero, Levi Lucero Jr. and Andrew Pacheco.
